Why is fitness important to you?  A:  To me, fitness is therapy. It not only improves and enhances my physical health, but it also promotes a healthy lifestyle.  Best of all, I find enjoyment in staying healthy and working out.    

Tanya’s height is 5″ 3.  She is a gym club member and athlete of Animal Fitness in the South Bay, Chula Vista. Her daily routine is a combination of crossfit and traditional weight training.
